With your preschoolers away from school, have you been wondering how to keep them engaged? Filling their days with smiles, ensuring they are healthy and imparting knowledge are your responsibilities.
For starters, ensure that they have a routine in place even during these days. Timely meals, study time, playtime and family time shouldn’t be compromised on. Make the most of this phase by spending some quality time with your tiny tot. If you’ve been running out of ideas, this blog lists out a series of indoor activities to entertain kids.
1. Copy Me
This one is pretty enthralling for kids. To play this you can simply instruct your child to imitate all that you do. Throw in bending exercises, stretches or perhaps you could even perform a simple dance routine. It’s essential that your child is getting that daily dose of physical activity. Because it bolsters their self-esteem, strengthens their muscles and heightens their concentration level. You could also notch-up the fun quotient by turning around the activity. Urge your little one to test their creativity and put together greeting cards for their loved ones. It helps a child tap into his/her imagination and express love in their own unique ways.

Which kid doesn’t enjoy splashing around some water? Observing those colorful soap bubbles is sure to bring a smile on their faces. Hence, how about getting your little one to tidy up their stack of toys.
Set up two tubs of water, one soapy and one normal. Provide him/her with toothbrushes and sponges to clean their toys. Apart from entertaining, it teaches him/her to practice cleanliness and hygiene.

Wouldn’t you want your preschooler to brush up on all that they’ve learned? You can turn revision into a fun game.
